Question: How does the automatic renewal program work?
Answer: When you purchase your membership by credit card, you will be entered into our
automatic renewal program. You must purchase an initial membership package at
the full price. When that initial membership time period ends, your account will
be automatically renewed, via a charge to the credit card on file, for one month
at a time at a lower rate that you locked in at the time you initially became
a paying member. All current rates are listed on the Join Page.

Answer: You may cancel your subscription at any time by resigning from
ShotByCupid. All new members have access to many site features for trial purposes.
Because of this opportunity to sample our community at no cost, we do not offer refunds
of purchased time. We will gladly transfer your remaining time to another member.
Because we clearly state this policy here and in our terms and conditions,
anyone that attempts to
issue a chargeback will have their email address and credit card added to a global blacklist that many
